The Family Support Team works in partnership with health visitors, midwives, schools, nurseries and other professional’s to provide a robust and effective support to local families.

Our work is based on empowering families, building strengths and supporting them into universal services.

We offer one to one services, workshops, parenting programmes, wellbeing services, empowerment and self-confidence workshops, home-visits and sign posting to relevant services if required.

All the family support staff are committed to providing support to children and families.

Our team is on site throughout the week and can be accessed between the hours 9am to 5pm as we offer a duty worker system.
